A Map of Meditation
Every manual, method and first-person account of contemplative practice the library holds, how to sit, breathe, still the mind, pray inwardly, visualise and enter absorption, and what the stages are, laid out by tradition and by the age of the text. Each mark is a work. Filled marks can be read in translation now; rings are held but not yet readable; dashed rings are canonical works the library does not hold.

The catalogue
Works in order of composition within each tradition. Every edition links to its reading page on sourcelibrary.org, with its page count and how many pages are translated. A work marked “not held” names the best public-domain copy the surveys could find; ones marked “unsure” were not checked.
